The sauce is delicious. Do u have a combo for a salad and use the dip as dressing? Chicken/shrimps with spinat leaves? cucumber? Bell peppers? Tomatoes? A bit lost :/ Thanks for all u delicious recipes!

This one will be made again.

The sauce is somewhat reminiscent of a Caribbean mango-habanero sauce which goes great with white meat like fish and chicken (and prawns).

Congratulations on the success of your cookbook. I see it topped a best seller list. I guess class shines through.
