I Have never had buffalo wings before so really didn’t have a benchmark, but these were delicious. They weren’t as deeply coloured as Nagi’s but after 40 mins they were definitely cooked. Not a fan of blue cheese but a fresh crisp salad (with celery) was refreshing. My American friends loved them.
