I made these for a new year’s eve fireworks picnic. They were delicious (yes, can’t stop eating them whilst preparing) and they went down a treat. I was even asked for the recipe. Used a commercial gluten-free flour (Whitewings). They didn’t brown as much as yours, Nagi, even though I cooked them longer but that seems to be how GF flour goes. Still a winner!
