This has become a regular summer favourite in our house, from the minute mango season begins! Colourful, easy, impressive, and absolutely delicious. I sometimes substitute the prawns for bite-sized pieces of cooked chicken (from a rotisserie chicken). Thanks, Nagi, for this winning recipe!!
