I plan to make it fir Christmas but gave it a trial run which I’m glad I did as I ended up retrying it with one change. I used about half sour cream and half spreadable cream cheese. I added the grated shallots and salt. I omitted the dill and lemon as the first time I tried it if found it to bitter or sour. The changes I made made it perfect for my taste.

I make this least once a month for my husband and myself using salmon filets. I’ve learned to buy smaller filets than I usually do since the toppings are so very filling. I grill the filets then put each topping on separately. So very good!
