Absolutely loved this recipe, the instructions and tips were spot on. We served it for Christmas dinner dessert and it was fabulous. We constructed it as a family project on CHRISTMAS Day and had a lot of fun. Definitely a keeper, thank you for sharing.

What a super desert! Made it on Xmas day and yummie, we all loved it. Question: why did my meringue have a light pink color. Second batch a little better, but still not snowwhite. I followed the instructions to the letter! Tase was superb!

Amazing dessert to make and a lot of fun to share. We had a leaning tower tree situation but as Nagi said you can really fix it with a few extra berries and cream. An extra pair of hands during assembly goes a long way!

I made this today and it was fantastic! A showstopper of a dessert and the tang of the raspberry coulis worked beautifully with the meringue and cream. It was demolished in about 5 minutes!
